Format

Electronic paper submission should not exceed 8 double-column IEEE format pages (IEEE Templates for Conference Proceedings), including figures and references. An abstract of up to 250 words must be included. Papers should be formatted as close as possible to the final format – double column, single-spaced, and Times or equivalent font of minimum 10pt size. The acceptable format is PDF only. Any other file format and manuscripts received in hard-copy form will not be processed.

Important

NOCS 2020 utilizes a blind review process. When preparing your manuscript, do not include any information which could reveal the identity of the authors. The title section of your manuscript should not contain any author, affiliation status, email addresses, or contact information. In the body of the submission you should reference any of your prior work only if absolutely necessary and as a third party reference, e.g., “we improve the work reported in [x] by …”. We need your cooperation in our effort to maintain a fair blind review process.
