Come visit us!

Our wellness advisors offer both in-person and virtual appointments to support your well-being. Wellness Advising sessions are 50-minute, one-on-one conversations designed to help you reflect on what’s going well, set a small wellness goal, and explore helpful resources. These practical, action-focused visits are meant to help you feel more balanced and supported. Wellness Planning sessions are shorter, 25-minute check-ins that offer a quick pause to reflect, set a goal, and access resources. These focused visits are available both virtually and in person.
